Our Facilities
Our penthouse apartment can comfortably sleep 8 people, has full air conditioning and there is ample space for eating al-fresco on any one of the outdoor seating areas while admiring the views over the sea to Gibraltar, Marbella, the North African coast and the superb mountain views to La Concha.
As this is our second home, the furnishings and facilities in the apartment are to a higher standard than similar "holiday apartments". We have Sky TV throughout the accommodation, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, dining room, lounge area, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, private lift access directly to our Penthouse...everything you could possibly need and more.
In terms of leisure facilities, the Las Arena complex has 2 swimming pools, table tennis, beautiful tropical gardens and is only a short walk from Los Monteros beach which is widely regarded as one of the best on the Marbella coast. You can walk along the beach all the way to Marbella town. We also have private access to Bahia de Marbella beach only 50 yards from the entrance to our apartment with its fantastic restaurant and bar called 'El Mangaleta'. We are also walking distance to the 5* Hotel Las Monteras and many beach bars and restaurants.
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
